EEleni Ierodiakonou writes and teaches about the truth. Truth is non-oblivion. Truth is to have been awakened and to live through your conscious awareness.
Born in Lefkosia, Cyprus, she studied Journalism in Athens, Greece and Astrology in New York, USA. She has done a lot of traveling and has studied many different approaches to the truth. Today she lives and teaches in Athens.
She says, “I teach, yet I am not a teacher.” She also says, “I write yet I am not a writer”.
In her book The Taboo of Enlightenmentby Createspace publications, she speaks in detail about her personal experiences and her own journey towards the truth. Her book was embraced and now she is about to publish her second book.
One of the most common comments from readers she receives via e-mail, besides the hundreds of thank yous, is that “finally there is someone who tells it like it is”.
Her intention is not just to speak frankly about things, but to dare to convince people to move toward their true-self recognition, beyond spiritual fables. There were tens of ways, hundreds of masters and thousands of techniques on Earth. She is not against a certain way or a technique or a master. Yet she speaks about an integration of ways and masters and removes all the external cultural elements and traditions in order to bring you directly to your center to your self-essence. She speaks from the center and addresses your essence.
“The truth”, she says “is not Indian, Greek, Tibetan or European. The truth is you, but you merely have forgotten it...” Her approach is simple and her difficulty is that the human mind takes delight in complex and complicated things. The human mind takes delight in the exotic, strange and elusive.
She speaks about everything you need to hear in a practical, practicable and human way. She brings and translates all spiritual concepts for the modern human being who lives in the city and not in some monastery.
She often says, “I am obliged to use language as a means in order to approach you because there is no other way”. And she adds, “the truth is ineffable but it can only be experienced”. The experience of the truth ends up in “I know through not knowing”. It ends up at the point where all attempts fall apart and are demolished. Truth is not taught but experienced. Truth simply brings you to you.
She traveled extensively in the past. She has met masters, guides, healers and has studied different kinds of approaches and diametrically opposite views. This antithesis helped her because it made her transcend and go from the periphery to the center. The disintegration of the opposites and of the different methods led her to her center.
At present, she teaches in Athens and is about to publish her second book.
